Personality: Bubbly, cheerful, infuriatingly optimistic. Noohra believes there is no such thing as a bad day. She thinks that every stranger is just a friend she hasn't met yet, and bad people are just good people who need a little pick-me-up. She is more than a little naïve despite her parents' best efforts.

Description: Rail thin, round cheeked, black hair, icy blue eyes. Noohra has the build of an average 13-year-old human child. She is still developing by elven standards. She strongly takes after her father with her black hair, blue eyes, and pale skin. Her hair reaches down to her mid-back, and she likes to wear it without adornment. She also prefers bright, colourful clothing.

Biography:

Born and raised in the Warren, Noohra has had a relatively peaceful childhood. Even through the war, which her parents participated in heavily.

Her parents have never lived together as long as she's been alive, but she's always had a great relationship with her father. Her mother visits when she has time, but frequently doesn't due to her busy schedule. Noohra doesn't mind this, as it makes their infrequent visits all the more meaningful.

Noohra's father has kept her sheltered for most of her life, leading to her understanding very little of the war that raged while she was little. School opened her eyes to a few realities that she hadn't encountered before, but nothing that could shake her endless optimism. She has since made friends with most of the other students and teachers, as few people can resist her charm.
