Personality: Introverted, quiet, prankster, optimist. Kiye’s reserved, mousy behaviour around new people belays the quick and fun-loving mind that lays beneath. He requires a significant amount of time to feel comfortable around strangers, and even then tends to be highly anxious about being judged. Around those he considers close, he is a comedian, a lover of harmless jokes, and a considerate friend. He is quick to be defensive in situations where he feels uncomfortable, and just as quick to feel guilty about any upset his actions cause. Kiye lacks the confidence that many in his lineage are known for, but not the compulsion to do good.

Description: Short, scrawny, dark brown hair, green eyes. Despite nearly being out of his teens, Kiye is the definition of a gangly teenager. He looks as if he has never had a decent meal in his life, despite his mother’s best efforts. He prefers to wear dark, somber colours. He tans as dark as his father in the summer.

Biography:

Kiye and his twin sister Yari are the first born of Ki’yeal Audil and Kare. Seiryuu Weyr is the only home he has ever known, but he has always been aware of the existence of the Nexus and his extended family. In his youth, Kiye frequently visited Tris’Hath with the rest of his family. He has fond memories of those days. Yet when he was around five turns old, those visits stopped. He overheard his father speaking of a rift in the family. Kiye blamed his uncle Aaron for making his father cry and swore never to forgive him.

Nothing ever really came of Kiye’s grudge, and over time it faded. As he grew older, his father’s dragon, Yath, searched him and he began to stand for clutches at Seiryuu. He stood year after year, clutch after clutch, but no dragon ever glanced in his direction. Eventually, Kiye gave up and stopped showing up as a candidate before he aged out.

He instead turned his attention to music. He has his father’s talent for singing, and he toyed with the idea of becoming a journeyman harper. Such a decision would be a big change in his life and take him away from his family, so despite nearing adulthood, he has yet to figure out if that is the path for him or not.

Personality: Timid, anti-social, affectionate. Cyathiahyt has a very rigid set of rules by which she will engage in social situations. Seeing as most of them center around being around people she knows, she rarely likes to engage in said social situations. She is a mousy and quiet dragoness who balks at the mantle of leadership that most silver Hathians are saddled with. She would much prefer to be in the background where no one notices her. Despite this, she is a very loving and patient soul. She has a fondness for animals, and particularly for her bond, Kiye. For him, she would brave even the most crowded of rooms.​
