Personality: Vibrant, impulsive, responsible. Ren is a thrill-seeker. She is also known as the Warren's resident storm-chaser. There is no such thing as too much activity or too many people in her mind. This does occasionally lead to her being overwhelmed by stimuli and taking risks that might otherwise be deemed too risky. She's calmed down a little as she's gotten older and now prefers to listen to more level heads in dangerous situations. Even so, she'll never pass up the opportunity to race the lightning.

Description: Tall, thin, red hair, blue eyes. Ren has the proportions of a stick with the musculature of a snake. She is lean and flat, but strong and equipped with a seemingly endless amount of stamina. She keeps her long, red hair tied back in a ponytail and prefers to dress in riding leathers or drab, comfortable clothing.

Biography:

Ren was born in a small farming village in what was, at the time, Traxar. Her grandparents spent much of her childhood filling her head with stories of the glory days of Lanutha and how sad they were when it fell. Her parents tried to discourage all this negative talk about their prince and princelet, but given they were gone most hours of the day, there was little they could do to stop it.

When the would-be heir to Lanutha swept through their community, promising an end to the punishing taxes and a return to Lanutha, Ren's grandparents signed up straight away. She was thirteen at the time, and the sight of the two dragon riders on their respective silver and blue bonds ignited a fervor in her. She had to join them.

Two years later, after Lanutha had been reestablished and Aaron crowned prince, Ren set off for the place people were calling "the Warren." She walked herself for months across the treacherous landscape, dodging monsters and brigands alike, and right into Mystic's den. There she demanded to be made a dragon rider.

A short while later, she bonded Camkanak and returned to Tris'Hath, where she was informed that Mystic liked her energy. Without meaning to, Ren became among the first official advisors to the throne.

Personality: Impulsive, energetic, sarcastic. Camkanak is as much of a thrill-seeker as her rider. She dislikes sitting still for long periods of time and always vouches for actions over words. That being said, she is smart enough to realize when words are needed and that her rider sometimes has to do paperwork, boring as it is. She is always ready with a wise-ass quip and loves to tease her rider and her children.​
