Personality: Madar, in simplest terms, is a raven. Like the black bird, he is beautiful from a distance. His charming nature and suave dressing skills are only a mask for his desire to be 'away from it all'. He enjoys social gatherings, though is quick to get bored and go in search of something more amusing. Also like the raven, Madar is attracted to shiny things. His love of adventure takes many forms, though most often that of a swindler, coercer or practiced merchant. He has a way with words and a fascination for anything that glitters or could perhaps offer him a bit of amusement. As self-serving and distant as Madar seems at times, he is a faithful friend and a devoted son. Though he bares resentment for never having met his father, Madar has come to understand his place in the Nexus. Sometimes that happy, charming personality of his isn't just a mask.

Description: Tall, brown hair, green/brown eyes. Madar bears many of the same characteristics as his esteemed father. His face is long and craggy, accented by a hawkish nose that always seems to be in other people's business. His hair, though rarely put to a brush, falls in long, shaggy locks to his chin. The wild and tangled waves add a mysterious ferocity to the sharpness of his angular face. Most prominent of his features, though, are his two-toned eyes. One as brown as unlit amber, the other a fierce and feral green. He takes pride in his uniqueness, and can often be found choosing outfits that accent his green/brown eyes. His muscular build is lean but impressive, supplying just enough curve to fill out his tall frame.

Biography:

Madar was raised by his mother Milina at the Warren. He has always known that his father lives somewhere out in the Nexus, but never had a chance to meet him. This became a particular point of contention between him and his mother when Tris'Hath locked down and banned all Nexus travel. Prior to that, he hoped to bond a dragon and sneak off some day to meet his father on his own terms. Though he did bond before the lockdown, he did not manage to find his father before that window closed for twenty years.

Now an adult, Madoc has mended bridges with his mother and seems content with his life. He is still a womanizer, just like his bond, but he's happy with himself.

Even those who find him irritating are hard pressed to hold a grudge against him, as he's so damn lovable. ​He is also intensely loyal to Madar and his Warren family.
