Abilities: Powers include whatever sort of chaos-inducing, reality-warping magic you like (Nio is a very high-tier fae) to be limited only by your story preferences (such as being unable to warp space 'owned' by another being with a strong will, etc, feel free to poke me if you want), and can easily perform basic draconic abilities like telepathy, teleportation, and so forth. As sort of inheritance from their 'parents'/origin, instead of glitter and sparkles, when Nio walks anywhere, they will leave their footprints filled with volcanic glass. Nio can shapeshift at will, but maintains his base color palette, and always defaults to this dragon shape when given the option.
Personality: Devious, devlish, and divinely handsome. Nio is aware that they are amazing. One might say they are a little too overconfident, but one would be wrong. It's impossible to be overconfident when one is literally the pinnacle of magical achievement. They are also deeply invested in pushing the platform of draconic independence. All this reliance on lesser races is really quite embarrassing. They adore the Death Court and are particularly keen to prove themselves to its monarchs.
